The sustainable strategy involves planting of 1 million square feet of oxygenate bamboo plants, which not only provide a beautiful aesthetic but also help offset carbon emissions and ensures a more eco-friendly operation - this is in addition solar energy production. To further reduce environmental impact, water harvesting will be implemented for recycling, and green building materials as a part of the construction.
